Low season
- 3rd January to 31st March each year
- Includes cleaning, linen and towels
- Minimum stay 7 nights.
- More than 22 night stays can be accommodated.
Normal season
- 1st April each year to 2nd January next year.
- Includes cleaning, linen and towels
- Minimum stay 7 nights.
- More than 22 night stays can be accommodated.
All prices are per night (minimum 7 nights), based on a maximum of 6 people, and include:
- cleaning (once a week)
- all linen and towels (except Beach Towels).
- There is a travel cot and high chair available at no extra charge.

We can arrange for you to be collected/returned to the Airport (settle with driver) or recommend Car Hire Companies.
A deposit of £250.00 is required to confirm a booking, the balance to be paid 4 weeks before departure.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security / damage deposit of £150 is payable when settling the full balance for your booking. Ten days after you check out from your stay, unless the Villa Manager reports any issues, we will arrange the refund.
